Description:

Fire heals and cleanses. So too do we evolve, change and grow through the shattering, breaking down, and uprooting of the old, to allow regeneration.
This piece, for me, is about shaking off the desire to stay stagnant and in our comfort zones on a micro level, and on a macro-level, the collective need to shift and evolve, to learn from the past and shake off that which no longer serves our people, the entire human tribe.
The glowing effect piercing through from the background layers symbolises rebirth and re-energising, shedding our old skin and emerging evolved, the same, but anew.
